Kevin began his real estate career under the mentorship of Dennis Kelly, a respected industry professional with over 40 years of experience. Together, they founded Kelly & Call Commercial, a brokerage dedicated to providing expert guidance and strategic solutions for buyers, sellers, and investors. Over the past nine years, Kevin has successfully facilitated more than $100 million in commercial real estate and business transactions, consistently delivering exceptional client results.
Before transitioning to real estate, Kevin spent over 30 years as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), honing his financial acumen and analytical skills. His background in accounting provides a unique advantage in commercial real estate, allowing him to offer clients data-driven insights, financial structuring expertise, and strategic investment guidance. This combination of expertise and market knowledge ensures that every deal aligns with client goals and maximizes investment potential.
He also works closely with owners, buyers, attorneys, bankers, CPAs, brokers and other transaction decision makers to help consummate a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions in a number of industries. Kevin develops exit strategies that allow business owners to move forward with their lives and/or careers after running a successful business. He also works with buyers seeking to acquire a new business.
Having owned and operated companies in the retail, restaurant, convenience store, construction franchise, and hospitality industries, Kevin understands business from the viewpoint of both the owner and entrepreneur.
